Body Balance

Body Balance is a blend of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple moves with inspiring music that will improve your mind and body.

You will improve your flexibility and increase strength while you reduce stress levels.

Options are always given and the small group classes allow for an easy flow of the class.

Participants leave feeling more positive, confident, motivated and less stressed.
