I work as a Personal Trainer taking one to one sessions, small group classes and general gym duties. My fitness journey began in 2007 when I trained as a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Gym Instructor in London. Whilst working at a gym, I decided to further my education and obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sport and Fitness from Brighton University. Over the years I obtained several class instructing qualifications and I developed a great passion for it.
Whilst I was living in the UK I worked in the same gym for over 13 years (only leaving to relocate to Spain). I am very happy I can carry on doing the job that I love here at Club Fit, helping people achieve their fitness goals whilst enjoying the journey and making them feel better physically and mentally.
As our current lifestyles require us to work long hours and have many challenges and stresses, I believe it is very important to keep physically fit to help with energy levels and overall health, but more importantly, for the benefits of our mental health. Anyone can start exercising at any point of their lives, they just need the guidance, encouragement and knowledge to adapt and create routines that works for them and we can help with that.
Since moving to Spain, one hobby we have taken as a family is volunteering at an animal rescue centre. We take their dogs on walks and give them loads of fusses. I like to keep active as it helps me keep physically and mentally strong.
