I am the co-founder of CLUB FIT. On a daily basis, I manage the day to day activities of the Club and give as fitness and nutrition counselor recommendations to our clients. In addition I am responsible for the continuing education program of the CLUB FIT instructors. After playing competitive beach volleyball all around the world for many years, I now use my experience and knowledge about the art of motion to help clients and students discover the joy and life-altering effects of functional fitness regimes and body-mind exercises. My vision is to inspire others to discover and explore the incredible benefits of an active lifestyle and a holistic exercise routine, which is so important on the path of a healthy and happy life.

I like to keep myself fit by attending different classes such as X-func, SMARTfit and all the X-Power classes. But my absolute favorites are CoreStix, Pilates and YogawWORX. To calm the mind, I do deep breathing meditation and listen to audiobooks. During weekends, I enjoy hiking with our dogs, cooking healthy, but delicious food,and and getting creative in house and garden.
