Joseph Pilates nannte es \"Contrology\", was bedeutet, dass der Geist den K\u00f6rper kontrollieren sollte. Es ist eine Kombination aus Kr\u00e4ftigungs- und Dehnungs\u00fcbungen mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die tiefen Bauch- und R\u00fcckenmuskeln. Heutzutage wird Pilates auf viele verschiedene Arten unterrichtet, aber nur das klassische Pilates, das wir im CLUB FIT unterrichten, h\u00e4lt sich an die urspr\u00fcngliche Methode von Joseph Pilates.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Kurs f\u00fchren wir klassische Pilates-\u00dcbungen auf der Matte durch. Das Zentrum der Pilates-Methode ist die Atmung. Die tiefe, kontrollierte Atmung aktiviert die Blutzirkulation und erweckt Zellen und Muskeln.
