AeroFUN Zone


As the name states this training zone incorporates classes where the FUN-factor plays a key role. Training objectives are mainly to improve the aerobic endurance and the general fitness. During the whole class, you can monitor your individual heart rate with your personal heart rate belt and the IQniter heart rate monitoring system. This way you will avoid overand under training, you will achieve better results and the training is even more FUN.

We also do Pilates and Yoga WORX classes in this zone, because they these classes oxygenate and rejuvenate your body.
